Shippings and Returns
Postage
All Australian orders are shipped with Standard (estimated 2-5 business days for delivery) or Express Post (estimated 1-3 business days delivery).
Shipping is free on all orders over $90 AUD or a flat fee of $10 AUD.
All orders are delivered with Australia Post and shipped from our Melbourne office between Monday-Friday.
Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, your tracking will update accordingly.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We currently do not ship internationally - this will change in the near future!
Lost Parcel
We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. The responsibility shifts to you once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From this moment, your parcel is then in the hands of the third party couriers. To resolve any issues with an order, we strongly recommend contacting Australia Post, as it will be the most efficient way to track your item. Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. Lennon takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
Checkout
To avoid any delays or disappointment, please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, as we’re unable to make changes once a parcel has left our warehouse. Please contact us at hey@lennonhair.com.au for an immediate change of address, with the subject line URGENT. However, we cannot guarantee this.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund on products purchased at www.lennonhair.com.au Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, the seal on the box unbroken. Products need to be returned at your own shipping expense.

Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are at the customers cost.
Refund processing:
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 14 days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 72 hours.
Damaged/Incorrect items:
Oopsie! Please email us at hey@lennonhair.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll do what we can to help.
