    Broken lid and no response from the merchant

    The products are difficult to assess because the packaging is cheap and damaged. The worst part is that when you contact Lennon, they refuse to respond to the customer’s issue in any way, even to simply say that they will not do anything to rectify the matter. Be aware, that if there is any issue with their products, you’re on your own. ACCC worthy conduct. Absolutely disgraceful conduct! Will not purchase nor recommend this product or business.

    Believe what you see online.. 👀

    Everything I’d tried before was either useless at actually doing the job, or worked well but completely trashed my hair. I took your products to Bali shortly after getting them and honestly — the brief has been nailed.

    My partner kept commenting on how good I smelt, and it finally clicked that it was literally only after I’d done my hair… even after riding around on mopeds in the heat. Huge credit to you and your small brand for creating something that so many bigger companies (with far more resources) haven’t managed to pull off.
